Our name is an abbreviation for Supply Chains OPTImized - and that is all we do! SCOPTI is in the market to help you optimize your supply chain - it is as simple as that!

The Company was established in June 2010 by Henrik Knak, and is based on experienced consultants from global consulting companies, local high-end consulting companies and new-hires.

In SCOPTI we optimize supply chains based on the principles of making a real change and creating value, making the change measurable, involving our clients people, leaving the knowledge and methods, and we use a stepwise and project oriented approach.

We focus on implementing durable and self-sustaining improvements in your supply chain, which we believe is best achieved by:
