Finn Schwarz heads Horten’s employment law group. He is specialized in employment law, general commercial law and tort and insurance law and has many years’ experience as advisor to Danish and international enterprises within a wide range of business sectors. Finn Schwarz is chairman or member of the board in a number of international companies.

Peter H. Matthiesen is the founder of Peter Matthiesen A/S, the leading Supply Chain and Logistics manage-ment and IT consultancy in Denmark during 1985-1997, then it was merged into Price Waterhouse. Peter was senior partner in PW, PwC and IBM until 2005. Peter is since then active board member and business angel in a number of Danish start-up companies.

Thomas Egebøl has been a member for A.T. Kearney’s operations core team where he specialized in supply chain management assignments for large international corporations. In recent years Thomas has been in executive positions at North Media (previously Søndagsavisen), Telenor and De Gule Sider. Thomas is a board member in several midsized companies.
