Danish companies are increasingly recognizing the advantages of working with complexity. Some do it reluctantly and reactively. Others work with complexity as part of their continuous search for more competitive advantages. However, both groups of companies are facing four common challenges: 1) to ensure the continuous management of complexity, 2) to reduce or maintain the level of complexity, 3) to ensure that the complexity is creating value, and 4) to ensure buy-in and acceptance from the organization.
