SCOPTI is organized with a professional board of directors and a daily management. The board of directors is meeting regularly to set the direction of the company and management and guide the owner. The daily management is done by the founder and owner. Due to company size our consulting staff is organized in one group across service areas.

During projects we organize in teams, typically with a project manager, a steering group and a sponsor at the top. SCOPTI can act as project manager and lead both clients people and subcontractors.
